Can I sign a notarised power of attorney in Spain?

Answer:

Yes. If you give us at least one working day's notice, we can make an appointment with a Spanish notary in your region before the next working day. You can then sign a power of attorney on the spot, in person. The cost of this is +/- 90 euros.

Please note that this power of attorney is in Spanish. We are looking for a notary to translate the power of attorney for you, orally, into English.
