Confianz specialises in assisting individuals and companies in property transactions in Spain.

We offer our clients a personal total service to buy or sell a property in Spain, paying particular attention to the legal and tax aspects. Our expertise covers both Belgian and Spanish law.

Our belief is that buying a property abroad is a is investment in your family, quality of life and health. The surroundings, sunny climate and local lifestyle make life enjoyable. Therefore, our mission is to make your investment as easy as possible.

We do this by looking after your interests at all times and avoiding unpleasant legal and tax surprises. That way, you can enjoy your stay abroad without worries.

What we promise

Confianz guarantees Dutch-speaking and independent guidance and legal advice in human language. Our solutions are practical and tailor-made. After all, every situation is different, with its own needs and wishes. Trust and discretion are essential here.

We have offices in Belgium and Spain. You have a single point of contact for legal advice in both countries. Visit us in Schilde or make an appointment at one of our local offices.

Thirty-one December, three o'clock in the afternoon. Yes! We have a verbal agreement to buy a small penthouse on La Gomera. I call Glenn, whom I only know through an email enquiry. To our surprise, he immediately gets to work, so that same evening a preliminary agreement is concluded. We are clearly in good hands.
