How do I pay the seller (new build)?

Answer:

We distinguish between 3 types of payments.

  1. You can transfer the reservation amount directly to the promoter's bank account.
  2. You either make the contract payment and interim payments into a special bank account of the promoter provided he has a building permit and bank guarantee. If not, you pay into a third-party account so that the promoter does not have access to the funds. Here you can find more information on a bank guarantee.
  3. You pay the balance on the deed of purchase into our third-party account. We will then take care of the bank cheque and payment of the purchase costs.
