Holiday rentals in Costa Blanca - what rules should I consider?

Since 2024, the regulations surrounding holiday rentals in the Comunidad Valenciana (Costa Blanca, Valencia and environs) have changed completely. Whereas before it was enough to take over an existing rental licence, today every owner or buyer has to take into account strict new obligations.
