Deductible debts are those that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>fixed on 1 January (including interest);<\/li><li>be borne by the taxpayer and;<\/li><li>were specifically entered into for the purchase, preservation or renovation of the property. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last condition is crucial.
