Minimum requirement: <strong>label E<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2033:<\/strong> the standard gets even stricter - minimum <strong>label D<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2050:<\/strong> goal of a completely climate-neutral building stock (label A).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical tips from Glenn<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Know your starting point:<\/strong> Have an EPC certificate prepared (costing between \u20ac60 and \u20ac250).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use the report as a guide<\/strong> for possible improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Don't wait until the last minute:<\/strong> Start minor renovations or insulation measures in good time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purchase question<\/strong> Always include the EPC label - even if the seller does not yet mention it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View regional subsidies and tax breaks<\/strong> - each autonomous region in Spain has its own rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What if you do nothing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative fines of \u20ac300 to \u20ac6,000 for selling without a valid EPC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 2030: impossibility to sell or rent a house with label F or G.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2030 onwards, the Spanish property market will change fundamentally.
