Usually has all utilities and you can legally (re)build on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>R\u00fastico<\/em>: Agricultural land, not intended for habitation. Building is basically prohibited here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The danger of Limitation (<em>Prescripci\u00f3n Urban\u00edstica<\/em>)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After a certain period of time (e.g. 8 years), the government cannot allow an illegal structure to be demolished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crucial: It does not make the building legal.
