We distinguish between 3 types of payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You can transfer the reservation amount directly to the promoter's bank account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You either make the contract payment and interim payments into a special bank account of the promoter provided he has a building permit and bank guarantee. If not, you pay into a third-party account so that the promoter does not have access to the funds. Here you can find more information on a bank guarantee.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You pay the balance on the deed of purchase into our third-party account.
