In addition to the balance of the purchase price, we take into account other purchase costs. You will find these purchase costs in the 'property report' we provided you with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can transfer the settlement amount to our Spanish third-party account.
