However, you still need to make an appointment with a notary in Belgium via videocall. The notary will then explain the text in the power of attorney. If you agree, you can sign the power of attorney online via itsme or card reader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dutch customers cannot sign a power of attorney digitally.
